By accessing or using wc2010 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Service"), you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our service.

To open an account on wc2010, you must provide accurate and complete information. wc2010 reserves the right to close any account opened with false or incomplete information at any time.

Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration
• Accounts will be restricted until email verification is completed
• Identity verification using a national ID or passport is required before your first withdrawal
• A Mobile Pay/Nagad number must be linked for payment method verification
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until the KYC process is completed

Account holders are fully responsible for the security of their account. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.

It's important to understand the rules of each market before placing a bet on wc2010. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50 (Fifty BDT)
• The maximum stake per bet depends on the market and event
• Odds in live betting can change at any time
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• Wc2010 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited

Odds are set entirely at wc2010's own discretion. wc2010 reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any market in special circumstances. wc2010 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet delays during live betting.

Wc2010 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Members who have completed KYC verification receive payments within 6 hours
• High Roller members receive payments within a maximum of 1 hour
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the required wagering from a bonus has been completed
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 48 hours to verify in cases of suspicious activity

Wc2010's bonus and promotion offers come with specific terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated separately
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bonus validity is generally limited to between 7 and 30 days
• Wc2010 reserves the right to close any account found to have misused bonuses
• VIP and High Roller bonus terms are separate and detailed on their respective pages

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wc2010. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Disrupting the security or operation of the platform

Wc2010 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons.

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• When a member voluntarily submits a self-exclusion request

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon closure.

Wc2010 is fully committed to responsible betting. Betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We want every member to bet in a healthy, controlled way.

• Option to set deposit limits – daily, weekly, or monthly
• Option to self-exclude temporarily or permanently
